This is only information that does not provide any indication of your personal identity. This information is necessary for technical reasons in order to correctly provide the content from web sites you have requested and is mandatory when using the internet. We statistically evaluate anonymous information of this type in order to optimise our web presence and the systems behind it.

Your data is only evaluated for the purposes of processing your enquiry. Your data can also be forwarded to third parties (network partners) as part of the enquiry for the purposes of processing the interest. In order for a restriction of data to be taken into account at any time, this data must be kept available in a restriction file for verification purposes. Sufficient for revocation is – without stating the reasons – corresponding notification by email (email to: kontakt@gubing-group.com) or in writing to our above-mentioned company address.

Cookies and data analysis programs

We can use corresponding programs for the purposes of market analysis or improvement of our services. If we use such programs, this is always carried out in compliance with legal regulations. The data obtained in the process is only used within the legally-permitted framework.

Cookies are small files that are automatically created by your browser and which are saved on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) if you visit our web page. Cookies do not damage your end device and do not contain any viruses, Trojan horses or other malware. Information that is generated in conjunction with the respective specific end device is saved in the cookie. This does not mean, however, that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity. The use of cookies is firstly to make the use of the content we offer easier to use for you. We use session cookies to detect that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted once our site is left. Furthermore, we also use temporary cookies to optimise user-friendliness; they are saved on your end device for a certain stipulated period. If you visit our website again in order to make use of our services, it is automatically detected that you have already visited and which inputs you entered and settings you activated in order to not have to enter these again. Secondly, we can use cookies to record the use of our web site statistically and to carry out evaluations for the purposes of optimising the content we offer you. These cookies also allow us to automatically detect that you have already visited if you visit our site again. These cookies are automatically deleted after a respective defined period. The data processed by cookies is only required for the stated purposes of guaranteeing our justified interests, as well as those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 P.(f) of the GDPR. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are saved on your computer or so that there is always a notice that appears before a new cookie is saved. Complete deactivation of cookies can lead to you not being able to use all functions of our website however.

We can use and implement the tracking measures stated below on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 P. 1 (f) of the GDPR. With the tracking mechanisms that are used, we can also ensure tailored design and continuous optimisation of our web site. We can also use the tracking mechanisms to record the use of our web site statistically and to evaluate it for the purposes of optimising the content offered to you. These interests are seen as justified within the meaning of the above-mentioned regulation. The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the corresponding tracking tools in the event they are used.

Google Analytics
Data protection authorities require agreement to commissioned data processing for the reliable use of Google Analytics. A corresponding template is offered by Google at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/gb.html.
For the purposes of tailored design and ongoing optimisation of our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (https://www.google.com/intl/en/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereafter referred to as “Google”). In the event of such usage, pseudonymised usage profiles are created and cookies are used (see Item 4). The information generated by the cookie about your use of the web site such as
• browser type/version,
• operating system used,
• referrer URL (the site visited previously),
• host name of the accessing server (IP address),
• time of the server query,
are, in the event of use, transferred to a server at Google in the USA and saved there. When tools are used, the information is used to evaluate the use of the web site, to compile reports about web site activities and to provide further services related to the web site use and Internet use for the purposes of market research and tailored design of these web pages. This information is also transferred to third parties if this is prescribed by law or if third parties are commissioned to process this data. Under no circumstances is your IP address combined with other Google data. The IP addresses are made anonymous so that assignment is not possible (IP masking).
You can also prevent this installation of cookies by means of a corresponding settings in the browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case too, it is possible that not all functions of this web site can be used in full. Furthermore, you can also prevent the recording of the data recorded by the cookie and related to the use of the web site (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).
As an alternative to the browser add-on, in particular for browsers on mobile end devices, you can also prevent the recording by Google Analytics by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie is set, which prevents future recording of your data when visiting this web site. The opt-out cookie is only applicable in this browser, only for our website, and is saved on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.
You can find further information on data protection in relation to Google Analytics at the Google Analytics help (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en).

Google AdWords conversion tracking
In order to be able to record statistics on the use of our web site and evaluate them for the purposes of optimising our web site, we can also use Google conversion tracking. In doing so, Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer (see Item 4) if you have got to our web site via a Google advert. These cookies become invalid after 30 days and are not for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the AdWords customer’s web site and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can detect that the user has clicked on the advert and has been forwarded to this page.

Non-EU foreign countries, third countries

There is no transfer of data to third countries in principle.
If, in individual cases, when carrying out an order in your interest, transfer of data should be required, we shall ensure in advance that there are, in the respective third country, corresponding requirements for a reliable level of data protection in accordance with the standards applicable for us and shall inform you in advance of this. If, in an individual case, it cannot be ensured that there is a level of data protection as described above for the respective third country, we shall also inform you of these particular circumstances in advance. Further processing of your order then depends on you granting us consent after successful notification of the risks and possible consequences of data transfer.

Change to our data protection provisions

We reserve the right to amend this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, for example when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration is then applicable for further visits.
